Data Quality and Operations Associate

OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Implementation Success, the Data Quality and Operations Associate will support the Implementation Success Department by ensuring reliable, consistent, and actionable data to support partnerships’ renewal and expansion. Working with client leads, who manage relationships with ANet’s partners and are responsible for securing renewals and expansions, the Data Quality and Operations Associate will be responsible for maintaining strong data hygiene across Salesforce and related systems, building reports and dashboards that provide visibility into client lead data, and supporting processes that surface potential financial or operational risks. The Data Quality and Operations Associate will also provide support for partnership operations, including invoicing, proposals, and special projects as needed. 

TRAVEL

Up to 2 or more trips per year for ANet meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strengthen Data Visibility and Insights

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards across Salesforce and related data systems that enable teammates to generate fast, accurate insights about their work.
  • Provide requested data views and reports to colleagues to support decision-making
  • Assist in the development of risk management data systems that help track potential financial or operational risks.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data use and visibility.

Ensure Strong Data Hygiene 

  • Maintain the quality, consistency, and timeliness of data across Salesforce, Retool, Tableau, and HubSpot.
  • Enter and update data on behalf of client leads and other partner-facing teammates as needed.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks and quality assurance (QA) following established processes.

Operational Partnership Support

  • Support systems for completing partners’ invoicing requirements, including documenting services delivered.
  • Ensure services sold are entered accurately in ANet’s data systems, following established guidance.
  • May provide light coordination and support for special projects tied to large or complex partnerships as needed.

  • Expertise in Focus Area
    • At least 2 years of related experience in data quality or project management
    • Demonstrates strong attention to detail in support of data quality
    • Works to deepen their knowledge and understanding of their area(s) of expertise

Ideal candidates may also demonstrate the following preferred qualifications:

  • Expertise in Focus Area
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems and willingness to deepen knowledge of related data tools (such as Tableau, Retool, or HubSpot).

The pay range for this position is between $21.42- $26.24. New hires will start between the range minimum and midpoint ($21.42 - $23.61) based on qualifications assessed during the hiring process, past experience, and internal equity. In order to uphold our commitment to transparent, equitable, competitive, and sustainable compensation, ANet does not negotiate pay.
